Constructed with coved corner stainless steel for durability and insulation, it ensures optimal temperature retention. The counter is pitched to a 3/4" brass drain equipped with a shut-off valve for easy maintenance. A removable stainless steel perforated false bottom enhances airflow and hygiene. The mobile modular design includes an open cabinet base for convenient storage, while the 16 gauge stainless steel top and 14 gauge stainless steel frame provide robust support. It is equipped with 5"H heavy-duty double bearing swivel casters, with two casters featuring brakes for stability during use.
