Delivery Overview

Orders are transported via a national freight carrier. They are only required to deliver to a loading dock. If you don’t have a loading dock and your item is heavy, plan accordingly—consider lift‐gate or inside delivery options for assistance.

Delivery Requirements

  • For heavy or bulky items, lift-gate delivery is strongly recommended. Let us know if you need it when placing your order.
  • Inside delivery (carrying the shipment into your space) is available for an extra charge—contact us to arrange.
  • Please ensure someone is present at delivery; if delivery cannot be completed, additional storage or re-delivery fees may apply.

Pre-Delivery Planning

  • Need a 24hour notice? Just tell us at checkout or call in advance.
  • Measure doorways, hallways, and elevators to ensure your items can be moved into your space.
  • We cannot guarantee shipping dates; order early if you're working with a deadline.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Do not sign for a shipment until you’ve inspected it thoroughly—inside and out. We recommend taking 10–15 minutes. If damage is present:

  1. Refuse delivery or note all damage on the bill of lading.
  2. Specify "Possible concealed damage, subject to further inspection.";
  3. Take photos if possible.
  4. Report any issues to us at (541) 948-7306 or Info@ironcladkitchenequipment.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Additional Shipping Services

  • Lift-gate delivery: Lowers shipment to curbside; bringing items inside is your
    responsibility unless you previously arranged and purchased an inside delivery.
  • Inside delivery: Available for an added fee; perfect for bringing items into your
    space.
  • Residential surcharge: A $50 fee applies to residential deliveries for heavy or
    oversized items.
  • Carrier fees for limited-access locations (schools, churches, etc.), expedited shipping, or specialty deliveries (e.g., forklift service) may apply—contact us for details.

Return,  Exchange & Cancelation Policy

Eligibility & Timeline

  • Return & Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
  • Special or custom-built items cannot be returned once manufacturing has begun.

Restocking & Return Costs

  • Manufacturer restocking fees may range from 20% to 50%, depending on the manufacturer.
  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
  • Use of original packaging is required to avoid additional charges.

How It Works: Return Process

  1. Contact our team at  (541) 948-7306 or Info@ironcladkitchenequipment.com   to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to ship your return.
  3. You have 30 days to return the item once your RMA is issued.
  4. Following receipt and inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–4 weeks (additional time may apply due to bank processing).

Exchanges

Exchanges are treated as separate transactions:

  • The original item must be returned per our return policy.
  • Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired replacement item.


Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Before Shipment

  • Orders may be canceled at no charge if the cancellation request is received before manufacturing or processing begins and before shipment.

  • To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at (541) 948-7306 or Info@ironcladkitchenequipment.com.

  • Approved cancellations are processed within 1–2 business days, and refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations After Manufacturing Has Begun

  • Standard items: Subject to a 25% cancellation fee once production, assembly, or packaging has started.

  • Custom or special-order items: Non-cancellable and non-refundable once manufacturing or material procurement has begun.

Cancellations After Shipment

  • Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for instructions on how to initiate a return once the product has been delivered.

Additional Notes

  • Processing and production timelines may vary by manufacturer.

  • To avoid fees or delays, we recommend verifying your order details and confirming order status prior to requesting a cancellation.


Used equipment cannot be returned.
